The Village Board of the Village of Brookfield was called to order on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 6:30 PM, in the Edward Barcal Hall 8820 Brookfield Avenue Brookfield, IL 60513, with the following members present:

PRESENT: Village President Michael Garvey, Village Clerk Brigid Weber, Trustee Edward Cote, Trustee Nicole Gilhooley, Trustee Jennifer Hendricks, Trustee Kathryn Kaluzny, Trustee Kit Ketchmark, and Trustee Julie Narimatsu

EXCUSED: STAFF PRESENT: Adam Durkin, Tim Wiberg, Stevie Ferrari, Libby Popovic, Doug Cooper, Luke Gundersen, and Rocco Barbanente

8 MANAGERS REPORT

a) Village Manager Tim Wiberg comments on 2024's busy capital improvement year. Village Manager Wiberg comments on upcoming 25 million dollars worth of capital improvement projects for 2025. There are seven bid openings during the week of 2/24 for projects including lead water service lines, water mains, street projects, green parking lot improvements, and CDBG program for Blanchan Ave. Village Manager Wiberg mentions upcoming Grand Blvd and Brookfield Ave capital improvement project.
