The Town of Cicero has added six new police SUVs to its fleet, aiming to improve the operational capacity of the Cicero Police Department. According to officials, the new vehicles are expected to help officers respond more quickly and reliably when serving the community.
“These new vehicles represent our ongoing investment in the safety and well-being of Cicero residents,” said President Larry Dominick. “Upgrading our police fleet helps our officers do their jobs more effectively and shows our commitment to public safety.”
Superintendent of Police Tom Boyle commented on the benefits of the upgrades for daily operations. “These new tools allow us to respond to calls for service with greater efficiency,” said Superintendent Boyle. “We are grateful for the continued support from our Town leadership.”
Town officials stated that this addition is part of a broader effort to provide resources that protect and serve local residents.
