5. Public Comments

Respect for the duties of the Village Board and for the democratic process will be adhered to. In this regard, civility and a sense of decorum will be strictly followed. All speakers must address their comments to the Board. Comments that are personally condescending will not be permitted. Please use the microphone when speaking as the proceedings are being recorded. Please state your name before commenting. While not required, it may be helpful to the Village Board for citizens to state if they are a resident of the Village. In order to give as many visitors as possible an opportunity to speak and in the interest of adjourning the meeting by 9:00 p.m., all comments under Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes and each speaker will only be permitted to speak once, unless furthertime is granted by the Village Board.

6.B Motion approving the minutes of the August 26, 2025, Village Board meetings of the Village of Westchester.

6.C Motion approving the minutes of the August 26, 2025, Committee of the Whole meeting of the Village of Westchester.

6.D Motion approving the 2025-2026 Snow Removal Rebate Program for Low-Income Seniors and Low-Income Disabled Residents.

7. Active Agenda and New Business

7.A Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1111 - A Resolution authorizing the execution of a settlement agreement and general release of claims in Case Number 24 CV 05176.

7.B Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1112 - A Resolution authorizing and approving the execution of an intergovernmental agreement by and between the Village of Westchester, Westchester Park District, and Westchester School District 92.5 regarding the placement of security cameras.

7.C Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1113 - A Resolution of the Illinois Departmentof Transportation approving the appropriation of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purchase of rock salt.

7.D Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1114 - A Resolution authorizing and approving the issuance of a joint purchasing requisition for the purchase of rock salt for the 2025-2026 season.

7.E Motion to approve Resolution 2025-1115 - A Resolution authorizing the submission of a subrecipient agreement to Cook County to execute the 2025 Community Development Block Grant program for the Watermain Improvements Project.
