Crews are set to begin the final phase of the 2024 Lead Water Service Line Replacement Project on Maple Avenue. The work will occur between Brookfield Avenue and Washington Avenue, starting around Thursday, March 6. Preliminary activities include sewer televising and pavement cutting.

"No Parking" signs have been placed, and written notices were issued to affected residents. Communication with S.E. Gross Middle School has also been established to coordinate during the process.

The water service replacements on Maple Avenue are anticipated to be completed by the week of March 10, with restoration following shortly after. Landscaping will be finished later in the spring. Most digging is expected within sidewalk and parkway areas, avoiding street pavement disruption.

Two-way traffic will remain open at all times, with flaggers and signage directing vehicle travel as needed. Temporary minor lane adjustments may occur during work hours.
