For an Industrial facility located at 635 Northwest Avenue, Northlake, Cook County, Illinois.

3) Motion to approve Resolution R-03-2025; A Resolution Approving BLR 09110 (Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code) and BLR 09150 (Request for Expenditure/Authorization of Motor Fuel Tax Funds) for Traffic Signal Modernization at Wolf Road and Palmer Avenue Section Number 23-00101-00-TL; Cook County, Illinois.
