The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is marking National Suicide Prevention and Action Month by launching a September Suicide Prevention Webinar Series. This initiative aims to provide resources for schools, families, workplaces, and veterans.
The series is part of IDPH's broader efforts to address mental health issues and support communities across the state.
"September is National Suicide Prevention and Action Month," an IDPH spokesperson said. "We are committed to offering resources that can help prevent suicide and support those affected by it."
