What happened to the median home price in Stickney during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Stickney rose by $38,250 while total sales increased by 128.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $220,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Stickney in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Stickney for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,327, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
