On Oct. 7, Joy and Jonathan D. Lichterman sold their home at 500 Auvergne Place, River Forest to Kim Shope and Kalen B Thornton for $933,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $20,888.94, which is 2.24% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 19, 2005 for $696,000.

So far in October 2021, six properties sold in River Forest.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joy Iverson Lichterman has been registered to vote since 2008 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary. Jonathan D. Lichterman has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
