On Oct. 8, Gabriel Alexander and Julio Megia purchased a home at 1713 N. 21st Ave., Melrose Park from Anita Annoreno (deceased), Anita Annoreno (estate), Gina Marie Leder and Joseph Annoreno Jr. for $270,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,764.30, 1.76% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, nine properties sold in Melrose Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1713 N. 21st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Anthony J. Vitale, 83, and Debra Ann Snyder, 59.
