Northlake Police department issued the following announcement on Aug. 1.
The Northlake Police Department wishes to thank Fred for his 30 years of dedication to our community and our police department. Fred has worked in many aspects of policing. A former Patrol Officer, Member of the Honor Guard, a Truck Enforcement Officer, School Resource Officer for West Leyden High School and bring his years of experience to the Detective Division in the end.
