Mr. Walny stated to the members that he is calling for a motion that they postpone/continue this hearing until the next regularly scheduled hearing of November 6, 2019. He continued that this is due to the seller failing to disclose the issues of storage tanks still in the ground at the site in question and possibly other contaminants. These issues will/are being addressed between seller and purchaser at this time.

Member Bernacki made a motion to continue ZBA 19-11 to the next regularly scheduled meeting of November 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Police Station Community Room. Member Mennella seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.

7. Public Comment:

Ms Bertha Kibbons asked some questions regarding the hearing that is going to be continued. She asked what kind of storage tanks are on the property. She asked about setbacks. She asked about landscaping requirements for the property and what will be placed on the property. Mr. Walny said that the members wouldn’t be able to answer these questions at this time as the hearing has not taken place yet. Hopefully answers to these questions would occur at the next ZBA meeting when this case will be heard.
