City of Countryside Police Pension Board met Sept. 12.

Consideration to solicit proposals for legal service for the pension fund. (Re: memo from Dave Schutter)

7. Application for retirement benefits

Patrolman Kenneth Goluszka has applied for his retirement benefits, his calculations are listed below:

$ 96,609.00 annual gross salary

3,715.20 10 days holiday pay

850.00 longevity pay

$101,174.20 total salary for pension calculations

His annual pension salary is $63,233.88 and his monthly gross is $5,269.49

Prorated salary for the remainder of December 2019 is $679.93. (see attached)

8. New Business

Review and vote on annual audit, annual actuarial and annual IDOI report with presentation from

Don Shaw from Lauterbach and Amen, to include tax levy request amount.

Renewal of fiduciary insurance policy, annual premium is $7569.00

Consideration of salary increase for Pension Fund Clerk.
