Unfinished Business: Cultural Park Update: Presentation by Michael Mencarini of the National Park Service

New Business:

1.Ordinance abating the tax heretofore levied for the year 2017 to the pay the principal of, and interest on, the Village’s $6,745,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), series 2012.

2.Resolution authorizing the execution of Change Orders No 15-24 to the contract with Alliance Contractors Inc., for the 2017 Roosevelt Road Streetscape Improvements Project.

3.Request by the Harlem Manner Und Damenchor to host its annual German Fest at the Forest Park Picnic Grove on Friday, June 8th and Saturday, June 9th, 2018.

4.Request from O’Sullivan’s Public House to utilize a portion of Marengo at Madison to erect a tent and host an event on the street in conjunction with the St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 3rd.

5.A request from Friends of the Forest Park Community Center to solicit funds via the Village’s Vehicle Sticker renewal process in support of a new kitchen for the Center.

6.Request from Misericordia to solicit funds in conjunction with its annual Candy Days fundraiser on April 27th and 28th, 2018.

7.Motion to ratify the Mayor’s signature on agreements associated with Senior events managed by the Community Center.
