At a recent meeting, the Brookfield Planning and Zoning Commission held a zoning-modernization open house.
The Planning and Zoning Commission was created to hear matters and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees concerning land use. Principally, these recommendations involve appeals of zoning interpretations and applications for variances from Chapter 30 (Zoning) of the Village’s Municipal Code.
