The Village is facilitating a pedestrian and Central Business District improvement project utilizing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) funding. This project will be separated into two phases, starting in early September and finishing in summer 2025. The project area is Burlington Avenue, from Wolf Road to Grand Avenue. The work is generally focused on the south half of the roadway and south side sidewalk area.
