The Plan Commission is scheduled to review a redevelopment proposal for 112 E. Burlington Avenue, also known as Jackson Square, on October 14, 2025. The proposal, submitted by Five South Six LLC, includes several requests: an amendment to Article IV, Section 4-110 of the Zoning Code to allow a higher maximum building height for a Planned Development in the R-8 district; a change to the Zoning Map to rezone the property from C-1 Central Commercial to R-8 Multiple Family Residential District; a Special Use Permit for a Planned Development with modifications, including a Design Review Permit; and Site Plan Approval.
The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall Auditorium, located at 53 S. La Grange. According to the Village, "Information regarding the proposal can be found in the Plan Commission Meeting Packet available on the Village website, www.lagrangeil.gov."
