Thomas Perfect, New Executive Director of West Central Consolidated Communications | Riverside-Brookfield Landmark
Thomas Perfect has been named the new Executive Director of West Central Consolidated Communications (WC3), the emergency dispatch center announced. He will assume the role on October 20, 2025.
Perfect has over 22 years of experience in public safety and emergency communications. His previous roles include serving as the 911 Director for the City of Waukegan and holding leadership positions for a decade with the Village of Glenview. Earlier in his career, he worked as a 911 Dispatcher for the Villages of Riverside and LaGrange.
WC3 highlighted Perfect’s history of leadership in the 911 communications sector. He has led interagency collaboration, developed staff, and overseen technology initiatives, including helping to establish Waukegan’s new 911 center. According to WC3, these accomplishments position him to lead the organization into the future.
As Executive Director, Perfect will be responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, staff development, and maintaining service quality for WC3’s member communities.
