Residents of Proviso Township and surrounding areas are invited to participate in the Sixth Annual Tour de Proviso, scheduled for Saturday, October 4. The event is a free community bike ride aimed at promoting health and wellness among local communities.
This year, Oak Park will take the lead in organizing the route and activities for the first time. The villages of Oak Park, Forest Park, and River Forest are collaborating to host the event. Each year, a different municipality assumes responsibility for planning the tour.
