The Village Board of the Village of Brookfield was called to order on Monday, July 14, 2025, at 6:30 PM, in the Edward Barcal Hall 8820 Brookfield Avenue Brookfield, IL 60513, with the following members present:

PRESENT: Village President Michael Garvey, Trustee Nicole Gilhooley, Trustee Jennifer Hendricks, Trustee Kathryn Kaluzny, Trustee Kit Ketchmark, Trustee Julie Narimatsu, and Trustee Kyle Whitehead

a) Village Manager Tim Wiberg comments on representing the village during the ribbon cutting event for the James & Elizabeth Bramsen Tropical Forests exhibit at the Brookfield Zoo. Village Manager Tim Wiberg also comments on the Grand Boulevard construction project progress with a note that it is on schedule and within budget.
