He expressed pride in Chicagoland's leadership role alongside @TransportDems.

Later that day, García raised concerns regarding the Laken Riley Act's implications for mandatory detention and its potential effects on private prison industry growth. His post read: "The massive expansion of mandatory detention required by the Laken Riley Act will lead to further growth of the private prison industry." He urged followers to "follow the money."
