1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162, on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, and Supervisor Corrigan. Also present were Attorney Durkin and Clerk Williams. Trustee Chase was absent.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher, that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on January 2, 2024. Roll Call Vote #1

Nays: None
Absent: Trustee Chase

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez, that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for January 1, 2024 – January 15, 2024. Roll Call Vote #2
