The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

PRESENT VIA CONFERENCE BRIDGE: Alderman Contreras

Mayor Sherwin presented the minutes of the city council meeting held on October 2, 2023. Alderman Patti made a motion to accept the minutes of the city council meeting held on October 2, 2023; seconded by Alderman Sosa. Mayor Sherwin asked if there were any additions or corrections. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor.
MOTION TO ACCEPT THE MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 2, 2023 CARRIED
Alderman Patti made a motion to accept the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Urbina. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.
ROLL CALL: Aldermen Straube, Feldmann, Contreras, Sosa, Johnson, Urbina, Grochowski And Patti
NAYS: None
MOTION TO ACCEPT THE WARRANTS AND VOUCHERS CARRIED
Alderman Patti stated the Youth Commission craft project was well-attended.
Alderman Patti made a motion to approve the 2024 Infrastructure Program; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

MOTION TO APPROVE THE 2024 INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM CARRIED
Alderman Grochowski made a motion for approval of Assignments of Easement from Metropolitan Water Reclamation District for Creek Maintenance; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF ASSIGNMENTS OF EASEMENT FROM METROPOLITAN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT FOR CREEK MAINTENANCE CARRIED
A resident asked for an update about the city’s plans for gender neutral bathrooms in the future; a resident asked and received an explanation of the Assignment of Easement motion.
There being no further business, Alderman Straube made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor.
