Discussion of a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Incentive Request for 8921 Fairview Avenue.
Village Manager Tim Wiberg provide some context on the ownership of the east and west parcels. Renderings of the proposed project are included in the discussion. Andrea Crowley from Griffin & Gallagher comments on the proposed project. The developer is asking for $300,000 in TIF incentives for the proposal. Comments and questions are made by President Garvey and Trustees Kaluzny, Gilhooley, and Narimatsu.
Discussion of a Request for Potential PIN Consolidations and Map Amendments related to Park Properties throughout the Village
Village Planner Kate Portillo discusses Brookfield's incorrect zoning designations. A map detailing park zoning is provided. Comments and questions are made by President Garvey and Trustees Ketchmark and Kaluzny.
Discussion of the 2024 Streets Improvements Project and Preliminary Estimate of Project Costs.
Village Engineer Derek Treichel discusses the 2024 Streets Improvement Project which consists of improvements to Fairview Avenue from Maple Avenue to Sunnyside. Questions and comments are made by President Garvey and Trustees Ketchmark, Narimatsu, and Hendricks.
