The Village Board of the Village of Brookfield was called to order on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 6:30 PM, in the Edward Barcal Hall 8820 Brookfield Avenue Brookfield, IL 60513, with the following members present:

PRESENT: Village President Michael Garvey, Village Clerk Brigid Weber, Trustee Kit Ketchmark, Trustee Edward Cote, Trustee Kathryn Kaluzny, Trustee Jennifer Hendricks, Trustee Julie Narimatsu, and Trustee Nicole Gilhooley

EXCUSED:  

STAFF PRESENT: Adam Durkin, Doug Cooper, Emily Egan, Logan Gattari, Kate Portillo, Michael Kuruvilla, Vincent Smith, Stevie Ferrari, and Tim Wiberg

a) Presentation of New Village Website and Update Status 

Assistant Village Manager Stevie Ferrari provides a background on website development. There is detailed walk through of the website. This walk through includes updated navigation menus, quick links, and ways to contact the Village. Questions and comments are made by President Garvey and Trustees Narimatsu, Hendricks, Kaluzny 

4 PUBLIC COMMENT  

a) Bob Uphues comments on his departure from the Riverside Brookfield Landmark after working there for 20 years. 

Elaine Jans comments on the Garden Recognition Program. 

Joel Feeley comments on narrow streets, larger vehicles partially blocking the streets, and access for ambulances.
