v Item I - The Village as part of its Planned Development has identified the property commonly referred to as 2714-2716 St. Charles Road, Bellwood, Illinois as part of the designated area to be redeveloped,

ii Item E - The agreement provides for the facilitation of technical assistance from CMAP for the purpose of a developing a West Cook Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan,
