MEMBERS PRESENT: Village President Michael Garvey, Village Clerk Brigid Weber, Trustee Kit Ketchmark, Trustee Kathryn Kaluzny, Trustee Edward Cote, Trustee Jennifer Hendricks, Village Trustee Julie Narimatsu, and Village Trustee Nicole Gilhooley

Discussion of the Business Use "Smoke and Vape Shop" and Potential Public Hearing at the Planning and Zoning Commission related to Zoning Code Text Amendment

Village Planner Kate Portillo provides some background information regarding nondurable goods. Kate Portillo asks for direction from the board for next steps. Questions are asked by President Garvey and Trustees Cote and Gilhooley.

Discussion of Potential Updates for Light Pole Banners and Future Policy

Economic Development Consultant Cindy Klima gives some background information on the current use and the condition of the banners. Cindy Klima asks for direction from the board as to what the short-term and long-term plans are for banners. Cindy Klima asks three questions to the board regarding community organization involvement, purpose of banners, and whether some banners should be permanent. Comments and questions are made by President Garvey and Trustees Narimatsu, Kaluzny, Ketchmark, Gilhooley, Hendricks, and Cote. Village Manager Tim Wiberg provides comments to the board.

PUBLIC COMMENT

Steve Sabourin comments on banners and the Beautification Commission.
