Discussion of a Recommended Annual Food Truck Registration Process, Related Registration Form, and Proposed Updates to Chapter 14-Business Licensing and Regulation and Appendix A of the Village Code
Village Planner Kate Portillo provides updates from the last discussion held at the Committee of the Whole. Items such as the fee and research on other community operations for this topic have been updated. Comments and questions are made by President Garvey and Trustees Hendricks and Kaluzny.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Section 2(c)(2) of the Open Meetings Act for collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.
Pursuant to Section 2(c)(11) of the Open Meetings Act litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.
