The Village Board of the Village of Bellwood will conduct a special meeting of the Village Board on Monday, February 13, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the Village Board Room at 3200 Washington Boulevard, Bellwood, IL 60104-1984 for the purposes of considering the following agenda:

iii Item E - The parties to the lawsuit have reached and amicable settlement to the lawsuit and have elected to terminate litigation,
