iii Item J - The Village filed a lawsuit seeking the recovery of certain damages and costs resulting from an automobile accident, the parties by and through counsel have reached an amicable resolution to the matter in the amount of $11,550.65 which shall be paid to the Village in full settlement of the lawsuit,

iv Item A - The ordinance approves the real estate tax levy for 2022 collectable in 2023, the Village of Bellwood proposes no change in the Village’s portion of the tax levy from the previous year, therefore, resulting in no tax increase from the Village of Bellwood,

v Item B - The ordinance abates certain amounts that would otherwise be extended to the real estate bill for bond payments, reducing the total amount of real estate taxes collectible in 2023,
