II. CALL TO ORDER: President Pedersen called to order the Board of Trustees of the Village of Franklin Park in regular session at 7:04 p.m.
III. ROLL CALL; ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM
Present at Board Meeting: Mayor Barrett F. Pedersen, Village Clerk April J Arellano, Joe Montana, Village Attorney, Trustees: Ms. Avitia, Ms. Special, Mr. Hagerstrom, Mr. Ruhl, Mr. Johnson, and Mr. Ybarra; Dan Corcoran (I.T. Director), Mike Witz, (Director of Police), Lisa Anthony (Health and Human Resources Director), Frank Grieashamer (Treasurer), and Thomas McCabe (Village Engineer)

STAFF REPORTS AND COMMENTS; DISCUSSION ON AGENDA ITEM
Village Engineer Thomas McCabe briefly went over some items for consideration on the agenda which include improvements to Downtown Franklin Avenue. Some of those improvements include replacement of crumbing common face brick pavers the Village deemed a safety hazard, pedestrian bump outs at the intersection of Atlantic Street, Calwagner Street, and Gustav Avenue for safer pedestrian crossings, sidewalk repairs and new planters
Village Engineer Thomas McCabe reported staff is eager to get this project off the ground and moving forward
CONSENT AGENDA
(Items on the Consent Agenda will be enacted/approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless so requested by a member of the Village Board, in which case that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in the normal sequence of the Agenda.)

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER SIX OF TITLE SIX OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN PARK, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS (HANDICAPPED RESERVED PARKING SPACE FOR 3335 LINCOLN STREET)
2. ORDINANCE NO. 2223 G
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF FRANKLIN PARK. COOK COUNTY. ILLINOIS APPROVING A FIRST INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT ADDENEMDUM WITH THE ILLINOIS STATE TOLL HIGHWAY TO RELOCATE WATERMAIN AND SANITARY SEWER INFRASTRUCTURE UNDER THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD
3. MOTION TO APPROVE COPENHAVER CONSTRUCTION, GILBERTS, ILLINOIS, AS THE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE BIDDER FOR THE FRANKLIN AVENUE INTERSECTION AND PARKWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF $695,113.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BID ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION FROM THE VILLAGE ENGINEER AND AUTHORIZE THE OFFICERS AND OFFICIALS OF THE VILLAGE TO EXECUTE THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND TAKE SUCH ACTION TO EFFECTUATE SAME
