Registry shows Luis A. Pineiro living in Stickney as of Oct. 15

Luis A. Pineiro, who lives at 4219 S. Harlem Ave. 7 Stickney, IL 60402, is listed on the Illinois Police Sex Offender Registry as of Oct. 15.

They were convicted on the charge of "criminal sexual abuse and failure to report a change of address/employment" of a 15-year-old victim in Cook.

The Registry lists them as compliant with their court-ordered conditions after their conviction.

Sexual predators and child murderers remain on the registry for the rest of their life. Sexually violent people are no longer listed 10 years after their conviction.

Illinois has the fifth-highest number of registered sex offenders and the 21st highest number of offenders per population of 100,000.
