Proviso Township Board of Trustees met May 3.

1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.
2) ROLL CALL
Clerk Williams called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. and on a roll call the following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell, Supervisor Corrigan, Clerk Williams and Attorney Durkin.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on April 21, 2021. Roll Call Vote #1

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for April 16, 2021 – April 30, 2021 Roll Call Vote #2

6) ATTORNEY’ REPORT
None

8) OLD BUSINESS
A. Supervisor’s Report – Warrants signed for Jan, Feb, March. Westdale Gardens and Galway Pub issues continue; police will be present in neighborhood. A meeting will be held in the town hall on May 25th to discuss the two shootings in the area. There have been seven incidents since February. The new building is moving along with furniture being delivered between May 17 -24th.
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve The GA warrants for January, February and March 2021.
