Village of Franklin Park Zoning Board of Appeals met Feb. 3.
Here is the minutes provided by the board:
1. The regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. A quorum was present. Kathy Mennella, Wayne Bernacki, Frank Grieashamer, Jenny Corral, Bruce Boreson, Rhonda Santana, Chairman Mark Cwik, Lisa Manzo (Secretary), Ryan Adriatico (Village Planner). All members are present.
3. Member Grieashamer made a motion to accept the minutes of January 6, 2021. The motion was seconded by Member Mennella and approved to place them on file as presented.
4. Old Business: ZBA 20-11 - Conditional Use – Banquet Hall -9755 Grand Ave
Chairman Cwik stated that there was a request to continue this hearing to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in the Police Station Community Room.
Member Grieashamer made a motion to continue this hearing to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in the Police Station Community Room. Member Mennella seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.

7. Public Comment: None
8. A motion was made by Member Grieashamer to adjourn the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals. It was seconded by Member Mennella. All in favor. Motion carried.
