4. NEW BUSINESS

· ZBA 21-01: Notice of Appeal regarding an Occupancy Packet and Business License Application in the CM Commercial Manufacturing District, per section 9-5D-1 of the Village of Franklin Park Zoning Code for the property commonly known as 3341 Lincoln St. in Franklin Park, Illinois

· ZBA 21-02: Variance to reduce the required amount of off street parking in the C-2-1 Community Shopping District, per section 9-10A-4 of the Village of Franklin Park Zoning Code for the property commonly known 9755 West Grand Avenue in Franklin Park, Illinois.
