WESTERN SUBURBAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Location Of Vaccination Clinic Changed To Western Springs Recreation Department

Covidinject

Western Suburban Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Mar. 10.

The location of the vaccination clinic has been changed to the Western Springs Recreation Department (1500 Walker Street, Western Springs), in order to better accommodate the large number of seniors registering for this event.

A COVID-19 vaccine clinic focused on serving Western Springs senior citizens aged 65 and older, is being hosted on 3/13 (first dose), and 4/3 (second dose) at the Western Springs Recreation Center, through a partnership of the Western Springs Senior Center, School District 101, The Village of Western Springs, and Jewel Osco. Appointments are required.

Interested individuals should send an email to the following email address: vaccine@d101.org

They will then receive an online form that captures contact information, so a link to a sign up for the clinic can be sent. Anyone without an email address can call the School District 101 office at 708-246-3700 for assistance. If you leave a message, someone will get back to you.

Senior citizens outside of Western Springs may also request an appointment, in hopes that there are enough vaccine doses for all of those interested in receiving one.
