Proviso Township Board of Trustees Met Jan. 20.

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.
2. ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. and on a roll call The following responded via audio conference: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell, Supervisor Corrigan, and Assessor Zawaski. Also, physically present were Attorney Durkin And Clerk Williams.
3. DECLARATION by Supervisor that, pursuant to Public Act 101-0640, an in-person meeting is not practical or prudent because of the COVID-19 disaster declaration by Governor Pritzker.
4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on January 4, 2021. Roll Call Vote #1

6. APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Herrell that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for January 1, 2021 – January 15, 2021. Roll Call Vote #2
