A. Variance Request Case # 20-ZBA 02- To allow the installation of a wall sign on the wall facing south of the building. The Property needs a zoning variance as the principal wall that has frontage on a public street is made of mostly windows. Their only choice is wall sign on the South wall which has no direct access to the building and is facing the parking lot instead of the street as required by the sign code. When driving north on Davis Drive the sign is still visible from the street. The lot is in an I-1 Restricted Industrial District at 10 Davis Dr., Glass Temp Inc., Owner.
B. Variance Request Case # 20-ZBA 04- To allow the installation of window signs in excess of the maximum coverage allowed by the sign code. Installation of the new window signs would increase the coverage from 30% allowed coverage to 50% that is a 20% excess from the 30% allowed by code. The Property is in a B-2 Commercial Service District at 4019 Butterfield Road. Creative Foods Inc. DBA Mr. Submarine c/o Khalid Siddiqui, Owner.
