CITY OF BERWYN: Celebrate Census Awareness Month This June with Census Caravan

City of Berwyn issued the following announcement on May 30.

The City of Berwyn, Erie Neighborhood House and Mujeres Latinas en Accion will host a Census Caravan on Monday, June 1 to kick off Census Awareness Month for the state of Illinois. Each entity is working to increase engagement around the census and activate all residents to self-respond. June 1 in Cook County is also designated as Immigrant and Refugee Census Day of Action.

If you have not yet completed the 2020 Census, please take some time and do so today, right from your cell phone at www.my2020census.gov , via mail by sending in your pre-postage census mailer, or via phone at 844-330-2020. A Census Caravan organized by our community partners of the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, Mujeres Latinas en Accion, Erie Neighborhood House and the City of Berwyn Census Team will take place on June 1st, 12:30pm. Please see the route map and see if your living space is on our route!
