             ii Item F - The permit provides for certain conditions and/or restrictions relating to the installation and maintenance of signage along the state thoroughfares,

             ii Item B - Pursuant to Illinois Statute the Village is required to adopt its review its zoning map annually and if the there are any changes or revisions to the zoning map the Village is required to adopt and publish the revised and updated version of said zoning map,

             iii Item H - The agreements provide for the construction of a single-family home as part of the next phase of the Village’s residential home project,

             ii Item A - Pursuant to village ordinance if the property owner fails to utilize the requested zoning relief within the following twelve months said zoning relief automatically terminate and an application to for the necessary zoning relief will be required to be resubmitted and reapproved pursuant to village code, the ordinance grants additional time to rehabilitate the Subject Property,

             iii Item G - Pursuant to the PACE Vehicle Program Agreement which provides for the buses supporting the senior transportation program, the Village is annually required to make Certifications and Assurances relating to operation and maintenance of the buses and program,

      d. Administration – Trustee Robinson, Chairman; Trustee Ciavattone, Member,

             i Departmental Report,

            ii Item I - The Agreement provides for and requires confidentiality and the protection of the information relating to the exchange of sensitive financial data with the Illinois Department of Revenue,

            ii Item C - The Intergovernmental Agreement provides for a working relationship with various communities for the sharing of police services in support of a Drug and Gang Task Force and Special Response Team,

           iii Item D - The agreement allows for the subscription to a software license which assists the Village in analyzing the job efficiency of its police personnel,

           iv Item E - The agreement provides for the purchase and maintenance of communication equipment for the Police Department,
