Burr Ridge (Cook County) home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Burr Ridge in Cook County fell by $16,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $458,500 - a 3.5% decrease over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Burr Ridge in September 2016.

The median sales tax in Burr Ridge for 2017 was $9,445. In 2016, the median sales tax was $8,371. This marks an increase of 12.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
