The school funding bill that became law in September after a tumultuous time in the state's General Assembly is working out to be a good thing, a Fenwick High School official told West Cook News recently.

The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 7210 Oak Ave. 2-N.E., River Forest was sold on Oct. 18, 2017 by Bradley R Napiorkowski for $101,000. The buyer was Augusto Grillo.
The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 511 S. Humphrey Ave., Oak Park was sold on Oct. 18, 2017 by Anne Oboye and Jospeh P Ku for $348,000. The buyers were Valencia Stiffic and O Lillian Williams.
