A, Reminder: Mail-in Ballot Applications (Information Item) for the April 2, 2019 Election are now available at the Village Hall or online at the Cook County Clerk's website at cook county clerk.com. Completed forms must be received at the County Clerk's Office by Thursday, March 28, 2019.

B. Reminder: Early voting is March 18 to (Information Item) April 1, 2019. Nearest polling places to Hillside are the Villages of Bellwood, 3200 Washington; or Melrose Park, 1000 N. 25th Avenue.

B. Approval of gross payroll for period February 16, through March 1, 2019, in the amount of $278,937.96. (Decision Item)

C. Approval of bills for the month of March, 2019.

8. PUBLIC SERVICES COMMITTEE: (Trustee Walter)

Approval of payment for $297, 406.70 to Cerniglia Co.,3421 Lake Street, Melrose Park, IL 60160, for work performed on the Water Main Replacement Project for Lee Boulevard and Darmstadt Road.

9. PUBLIC SAFETY AND EDUCATION COMMITTEE: (Trustee Watson)

Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement with the Village of Berkeley providing for prisoner detention services. (Decision Item)

B. Approval of Ordinance 19-06 amending Sec. 90-138, School Speed Zones, establishing a school speed zone on Wolf Road and Harrison Street, covering both Hillside School and Proviso West High School. (Decision Item)

C. Approval of Ordinance 19-07 amending Sec. 90-137, Speed Limitation on Specified Streets, limiting the speed limit on Harrison Street from Roosevelt Road to Wolf Road to 30 mph. (Decision Item)

D. Approval for Fire Chief Pilz to attend Fire Service Legislative Day, April 10, 2019, in Springfield, at a cost of $328.94. (Decision Item)

E. During a resident assist call, Hillside Firefighter/Paramedic David Buie noticed an elderly resident's shoes had holes that could be a fall risk. David organized support by going to his shift where they raised money and bought new shoes. Firefighter/Paramedics Buie and Pudlo delivered the shoes. David Buie once again showed great compassion to one of our residents in need of assistance. Dave, Kat and Captain Partyka's Gold Shift are to be commended. (Information Item)

F. Community Awareness Meeting is Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room. (Information Item)

10. ZONING COMMITTEE: (Trustee Lomeli)

A. Follow-up on a resident's request to look at the parking situation for the apartment building on Butterfield and Warren, between Forest and Broadview.  (Discussion Decision Item)

B. Zoning Board to conduct a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, in the Board Room of the Hillside Municipal Complex, 425 Hillside Avenue, Hillside, IL, to consider a petition submitted by Jerry Shea, 4302 Warren Avenue, Hillside, Illinois, on the consideration for a Variation in M-1 Zoning District, to to create indoor storage, reducing front yard requirements by 8 feet, reduce rear yard requirements by 13.8 feet (matches existing), and reduce west side yard requirements by 15 feet, at 4302 Warren Avenue, Hillside, IL, 60162. (Information Item)

11. TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE: (Trustee Delgado)

A. Approval to renew license agreement between the village of Hillside and Norcomm, 395 W. Lake Street, Elmhurst, IL 60126, for wireless transceivers and alarm monitoring services. (Decision Item)

B. Approval to renew MSI contract with Harris Computer Systems, P.O. Box 74007258, Chicago, IL 60674 - 7259 for the amount of $11,709.81. This is an increase of $557.59 from 2018. (Decision Item)

C. Reminder: Hillside is sponsoring the Secretary of State Drivers Services mobile unit, Monday, March 25, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for all interested in renewing a drivers license, obtaining a state ID or license plate sticker.  (Information Item)
