Lizveth for Cicero Town President owes $12,250 in fines

The campaign committee Lizveth for Cicero Town President owes a $5,000 fine imposed on Dec. 20, 2016, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $7,250 with Lizveth L. Mendez listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 22 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $127,497.59 in pending fines.
