How did Keely Hillison spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Keely Hillison's election campaign committee, Citizens for Keely Hillison, spent $22,776 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hillison's committee spent the most on billboard expenses in the quarter, with 50.6% of this total ($8,500) going to Miracle Outdoor Advertising LLC in Monee. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hillison's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
