How did Martin M Stack spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Martin M Stack's election campaign committee, Citizens for Marty Stack, spent $38,960 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Stack's committee spent the most on printing in the quarter, with 95.4% of this total ($19,715) going to Stars & Stripes, Inc. in Bridgeview. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Stack's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
