Democratic Camille Y Lilly's election campaign committee, Friends of Camille Y Lilly, spent $5,494 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Lilly's committee spent the most on gotv 2016 in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,000) going to Westside Black Elected Officials in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Lilly's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
