City of Northlake Community Events and Affairs Commission met Jan. 8.
Here is the minutes provided by the commission:
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 pm

Patrick Pionto, Kary & Diane Sampson, Tim Rail, Rick Chillemi

Pat made a motion to approve the minutes from the December 2018 meeting, seconded by Tim. All in favor, the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS –
Easter "Egg" Stravaganza - Saturday April 13, 2019 11:00-12:30pm. The commission would like to play bingo vs. games at this event. We would pass out chocolate bunnies to all kids and have kid themed gifts. We would also solicite local businesses (pizza places, ice cream, Subway etc.) to see if they will donate something for this event to use as a gift (gift card for free pizza, ice cream, sandwich, etc.)
Diane will ask Liz if this is possible.
Kay/Tim will stop by City Hall to get the size of our bingo balls so that Diane can place an order for bingo balls and bingo cards.
Tim made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Kay, Meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm.
