Gottlieb Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
The American College of Cardiology has awarded Loyola Medicine with the Platinum Performance Achievement award for providing superior care to heart attack patients. Loyola is the only academic medical center in Chicago to have received this distinction.
