State House race: Democrat Willis wins voter tally in Cook County

Kathleen Willis led Republican Anthony Airdo in votes cast in Cook County for the District 77 state House race, according to the latest vote count.

Willis appeared to outpace Airdo by a margin of 52.5 percent on Tuesday in the county.

In 2014, Democrat Kathleen Willis, ran uncontested, so no comparison data is available.
