Call to Order: The meeting for the Police & Fire Commission was called
to order by Commissioner MaritIza Souchet at 6:01 pm.
Roll Call/Quonrm: Present: Commissioner }laritza Souchet,
Commissioner Irene Herrera, Commissioner Gil Hagerstrom and
Secretary Margarita Whaley. Also present: Police Director Michael Witz,
Battalion Chief Mark Stewart and Trustee Bill Ruhl. Also present is
Michael Souchet.
Approval of Minutes: A motion to approve the December 4,2OLT meeting
minutes was made by Comrnissioner Hagerstrom and seconded by
Commissioner Herrera urith atl in favor.

New Business: None
Public Comments: None
Adjournment Motion to adjourn by Commissioner Hagerstrom and
seconded by Commissioner Herrera at 6:03 pm with all in favor.
